Elections of new HMBIA President will be held on December 2017. Candidates for presidency nomination should be ready for the key mission to run an international organization.

To take up a responsible presidency should a skillful and vibrant leader, falling in love with his business. That’s why contenders have to comply with basic requirements for this important position.

The candidate should be a part of HMB-community more than 3 years and to participate in the HMB national team at least since 2015.

He contributes no less than 10 hours per week for working in HMB-movement.

The candidate must have flexible travel schedule and to be fluent in English.

He will need to have attainments in managing club, company, organization, federation etc. with over 10 persons in a team.

We kindly ask all who may concern, to send letters-applications in free form to the e-mail office@hmbia.com. You should briefly present yourself in the letter, describe your experience in HMB and include any additional information you guess might be useful. Deadline for receiving applications from candidates – 12th of November 2017.

As an answer to applications, HMBIA will give talks, and according to the results, the official list of candidates will be approved. The actual list will be published on all official sources of Association.

After this, candidates will prepare their programs of development HMB for the nearest 5 years.

HMBIA will make interviews with all the candidates so everyone could get acquainted with their programs. Interviews will be published on internet-sources of Association. Candidates will be provided with comprehensive information support to ensure equal opportunities for presentation themselves and communication with HMB community.

Online public debates with candidates could be arranged as well.

As a final, will be held online-voting in democracy way in December 2017. Each country signed the agreement of cooperation with HMBIA will have 1 vote.
